摘要: ·AIM:Toevaluatethequalityofvisioninrespecttohighorderaberrationsandstraylightperceptionafterimplantationofanaspheric,aberrationcorrecting,monofocalintraocularlens(IOL).·METHODS:Twenty-onepatients(34eyes)aged50to83yunderwentcataractsurgerywithimplantationofanaspheric,aberrationcorrectingIOL(TecnisZCB00,AbbottMedicalOptics).Threemonthsaftersurgerytheywereexaminedforuncorrected(UDVA)andcorrecteddistancevisualacuity(CDVA),contrastsensitivity(CS)underphotopicandmesopicconditionswithandwithoutglaresource,ocularhighorderaberrations(HOA,ZywaveII)andretinalstraylight(C-Quant).·RESULTS:Postoperatively,patientsachievedapostoperativeCDVAof0.0logMARorbetterin97.1%ofeyes.Meanvaluesofhighorderabberationswere+0.02±0.27(primarycomacomponents)and-0.04±0.16(sphericalaberrationterm).StraylightvaluesoftheC-Quantwere1.35±0.44logwhichiswithinnormalrangeofagematchedphakicpatients.TheCSmeasurementsundermesopicandphotopicconditionsincombinationwithandwithoutglaredidnotshowanystatisticalsignificanceinthepatientgroupobserved(P≥0.28).·CONCLUSION:TheimplantationofanasphericalaberrationcorrectingmonofocalIOLaftercataractsurgeryresultedinverylowresidualhigherorderaberration(HOA)andnormalstraylight. ...
