摘要： Thepresentpaperisinthesametimeanoverviewoftheliteratureconcerningthealterationsoflipidsinthestratumcorneum(SC)ofatopicdogsandareviewofdatabasedonourpublications.KnowingtheimportanceoftheSCbarrierfunctionforagainstpathogensinatopicdermatitis,weshowforthefirsttimeadetailedbiochemicalanalysisoflipidscorrespondingtothesameamountofproteinsinthesuccessivelayersofcanineSCtakenusingtapestrippingandtheirspecificityascomparedtohumans.Alsoweshownewresultsconcerningthechangesinthecompositionforproteinboundceramides,andfortheotherlipidsininvolvedandnon-involvedskinareasinatopicdogs.WeshowhowatopicalororaltreatmentcanrestoretheSClipidcompositionandreconstructthebarrierintegritybyupregulatingthebiosynthesisofprotein-boundceramides. ... （共7頁）
