摘要: StructuremodificationofcarboxymethylationandferulicacidinpachymaranofPORIAwerecarriedout.Antioxidationactivitiesinvitroandvivoofcarboxymethylpachymaranandpachymaranferulateweredetected.Withintheeffectivecocnentrationrange,carboxymethylpachymaranandpachymaranferulatestillhadcertainreducingcapacityandantioxidantcapacity.Theirreducingcapacityandscavengingactivityshowedsignificantdose-effectrelationshipwithsampleconcentration.Andwhentheconcentrationreachedacertainlevel,bothreducingcapacityandscavengingactivitybecamestable.Antioxidantcapacityofpachymaranferulatewasslightlystrongerthanthatofcarboxymethylpachymaran,butwasweakerthanascorbicacid.Besides,scavengingactionsofcarboxymethylpachymaranandpachymaranferulateto·O-2wereweakerthan·OH. ...
