摘要： Protonpumpinhibitors(PPIs)representoneofthemostextensivelyprescribedclassesofdrugsingeneralandinpatientswithlivercirrhosis.Manyprescriptionsaremadewithoutaclearadherencetostandardindications.Asaclassofordinarilywelltolerateddrug,PPIsarenotfreeofside-effectsandconcernshavebeenraisedaboutapossibleroleforPPIsinpredisposingpatientstoanincreasedriskofbacterialinfectionsandsepsis.Asevidencesofdifferentpowerareaccumulatingonthistopic,prospectivestudiesareneededtoreachamoreuniversalagreement,butdefinitelymoreattentionisneededbyprescribersinbeingmoreadherenttothefewrecognizedindicationsfortheuseofPPIs,particularlyinpatientswithlivercirrhosis.Otherwise,doctorscouldruntheriskofbeingaccusedofabusedprescription. ... （共4頁）
