摘要： Granulocytecolony-stimulatingfactor(G-CSF)-producingtumorisoneoftheraretypesofcancerclinicallycharacterizedbyanelevatedfeverandwhitebloodcell(WBC)increment.AlthoughG-CSFproducingtumorshavebeenreportedinseveraltypesofcancerincludingthoseofthelungs,cervixandbladder,G-CSFproducinghepatocellularcarcinomaisextremelyrare.Here,wereportthecaseofarapidlygrowingandpoorlydifferentiatedhepatocellularcarcinomaproducingG-CSF.Thepatientshowedsymptomsofcontinuoushighfever,stomachpainandcough,andhighserumWBCcounts,C-reactiveprotein(CRP)andG-CSFlevelswerefoundinlaboratorytests.Afteraradicalhepatectomy,thepatientcompletelyrecoveredfromtheabovesymptomsandinflammatorystate.TheserumlevelsofG-CSFwerereducedtonormallevelsafterradicalsurgery.AnimmunohistochemicalanalysisrevealedtheoverexpressionofG-CSFinthecytoplasmofcertainhepatocellularcarcinoma(HCC)cell.ThepatientsserumWBC,CRPandG-CSFlevelsremainedwithinnormallevelsinthesixmonthsaftersurgerywithoutrecurrence.Thisisthe9~(th)casereportofG-CSFproducinghepatocellularcarcinomainEnglishliterature.WereviewtheclinicalcharacteristicsoftheG-CSFproducingHCCanddiscussapossibletreatmentstrategy. ... （共7頁(yè)）
