摘要： AIM:Todeterminetheassociationbetweenthebinocularvisionandanabnormalheadposture(AHP)whenwatchingtelevision(TV)inchildren7-14yofage.·METHODS:Fiftynormalchildreninthenormalgroupand52childrenwithanAHPwhenwatchingTVintheAHPgroupweretestedforsphericalequivalents,farandnearfusionalconvergence(FC)andfusionaldivergence(FD)amplitudes,nearpointofconvergence,farandnearheterophoria,accommodativeconvergence/accommodationratioandstereoacuity.Thevaluesofthesetestswerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Theindependentttestwasappliedataconfidencelevelof95%.·RESULTS:ThefarandnearFCamplitudesandfarFDamplitudeswerelowerintheAHPgroup(thefarFCamplitudes:breakpoint13.6±5.4~△,recoverypoint8.7±5.4~△.ThenearFCamplitudes:breakpoint14.5±7.3~△,recoverypoint10.3±5.1~△.ThefarFDamplitudes:breakpoint3.9±2.7~△,recoverypoint2.6±2.3~△)comparedwiththoseinthenormalgroup(thefarFCamplitudes:breakpoint19.1±6.2△,recoverypoint12.4±4.5~△.ThenearFCamplitudes:breakpoint22.3±8.0~△,recoverypoint16.1±5.7~△.ThefarFDamplitudes:breakpoint7.0±2.1~△,recoverypoint4.6±1.9~△).Othertestspresentednostatisticallysignificantdifferences.·CONCLUSION:AnassociationbetweenthereducedFCandFDamplitudesandtheAHPinchildrenwhenwatchingTVisproposedinthestudy.ThiskindofAHPisconsideredtobeananomalousmanifestationwhichappearsinapartofpuerilepatientsoffusionalvergencedysfunction. ... （共4頁(yè)）
