ComparisonofTreatmentOutcomesofTicagrelorandClopidogrelamongPatientsUndergoingPercutaneousCoronaryIntervention:AMeta-analysis

摘要： Weperformedameta-analysisofrandomizedcontrolledtrials(RCTs)toinvestigatetheefficacyandsafetyofticagrelor(TIC)vs.clopidogrel(CLO)inpatientsundergoingpercutaneouscoronaryintervention(PCI).InJun2016,aliteraturesearchwasstartedandallthestudieswereconductedfrom2010to2015.WesystematicallysearchedtheliteraturethroughtheMEDLINEdatabase,Cochranelibrary,andEMBASEdatabase.QualityassessmentswereevaluatedwithJadadqualityscale.Datawereextractedconsideringthecharacteristicsofefficacyandsafetydesigns.SixRCTsenrolling26244participantsandsatisfyingtheinclusioncriteriawerefinallyanalyzed.Therewasasignificantdecreaseofall-causemortality(MD=0.83,95%CI=0.74–0.93,P=0.001)andmyocardialinfarction(MI)(MD=0.78,95%CI=0.70–0.88,P=0.000).Therewerenosignificantdifferencesinstroke(MD=1.34,95%CI=0.99–1.79,P=0.06),totalbleeding(MD=0.97,95%CI=0.84–1.12,P=0.66),minorormajorbleeding(MD=1.06,95%CI=0.94–1.19,P=0.35)inpatientsundergoingPCIaftertreatmentwithTICvs.CLO.TICcouldbemoresignificantindecreasingall-causemortalityandMIthanCLO,buttherewerenosignificantdifferencesbetweenTICandCLOininhibitingstroke,majorbleeding,majororminorbleedinginpatientsundergoingPCI. ... （共6頁）
