摘要： Cleftlipwithorwithoutcleftpalate(CP)isoneofthemostcommoncongenitalmalformations.Ultrasonographersinvolvedintheroutine20-wkultrasoundscreeningcouldencounterthesemalformations.Thefaceandpalatedevelopinaverycharacteristicway.Forultrasonographersinvolvedinscreeningthesepatientsitiscrucialtohaveathoroughunderstandingoftheembryologyoftheface.Thiscouldhelpthemtomakeamoreaccuratediagnosisandsavetimeduringtheultrasound.Subsequently,thecurrentpostnatalclassificationwillbediscussedtofacilitatethecommunicationwiththeCPteams. ... （共8頁）
