摘要： Wepresentacaseoftwo-yearoldboywithsolitaryatypicaladenomatoushyperplasia(AAH)inextralobarsequestration(ELS),whichwasmisdiagnosedasdiaphragmaticherniabeforesurgery.ReviewofAAHandpulmonarysequestration(PS)revealedthatthepresentcaseistheyoungestofsolitaryAAHandalsothefirstreportofsolitaryAAHarisinginELSwithoutaprimarylungcancer.Inasense,thepresentcasefirstlysupportsthehypothesisthatELSmaybeanunderlyingcancerpredispositionsyndrome,soaggressivesurgicaltherapyshouldberecommendedforELS. ... （共2頁）
