摘要: Medializationthyroplastyorinjectionlaryngoplastyforunilateralvocalfoldparalysiscannotrestoremobilityofthevocalfold.Recentstudieshaveshownthattransplantationofmesenchymalstemcellsiseffectiveintherepairofnerveinjuries.Thisstudyinvestigatedwhetheradipose-derivedstemcelltransplantationcouldrepairrecurrentlaryngealnerveinjury.Ratmodelsofrecurrentlaryngealnerveinjurywereestablishedbycrushingwithmicroforceps.Adipose-derivedmesenchymalstemcells(ADSCs;8×105)ordifferentiatedSchwann-likeadipose-derivedmesenchymalstemcells(dADSCs;8×105)orextracellularmatrixwereinjectedatthesiteofinjury.At2,4and6weekspost-surgery,ahigherdensityofmyelinatednervefiber,thickermyelinsheath,improvedvocalfoldmovement,betterrecoveryofnerveconductioncapacityandreducedthyroarytenoidmuscleatrophywerefoundinADSCsanddADSCsgroupscomparedwiththeextracellularmatrixgroup.TheeffectsweremorepronouncedintheADSCsgroupthaninthedADSCsgroup.TheseexperimentalresultsindicatedthatADSCstransplantationcouldbeanearlyinterventionalstrategytopromoteregenerationafterrecurrentlaryngealnerveinjury. ...
