摘要： ●AIM:Tosimulateandcompareaccommodationinaccommodativeandnon-accommodativehumaneyemodels.●METHODS:Raytracingandopticaldesignprogramwasused.Threeeyemodelsweredesignedandstudied:theNavarro,theArizonaandtheLiou-Brennan.InordertomaketheNavarroandLiou-Brennanmodelstoaccommodate,specificgeometricparametersofthemodelswerealteredwithvaluesthatwerechosenfromtheliterature.FortheArizonamodel,itsmathematicalfunctionsforaccommodationwereusedforthesameaccommodativedemands.Thesimulationincludedfourdistancesofaccommodationforeachmodel:atinfinity,3,1and0.5m.TheresultswerediffractionimagesofaletterFforgraphicalcomparison,spotdiagramsontheretinalfieldandModulationTransferFunction(MTF)graphs.●RESULTS:Zernikecoefficientsfortheaberrations,Airydiskdiameter,rootmeansquare(RMS)errordiameterandtotalaxiallengthofthemodelwereprovidedfromtheprogram.Thesewerecomparedbetweentheminalldistances.TheNavarromodelhadthesmallestaxiallengthchangeasasimplemodel.TheArizonadidnotchangeitsaxiallengthbecauseitisdesignedtobeaccommodative.TheLiou-Brennanmodelhaddifferentresultsconcerningtheaberrationsbecauseofthedecentrationofthepupil.TheMTFgraphsshowedsmalldifferencesbetweenthemodelsbecauseofthedifferencesintheirdesigns.●CONCLUSION:Allthethreemodelsareabletosimulateaccommodationwiththeexpectedresults.Thereisnomodelthatcanbeassumedasthebestchoice.Accommodationcanbesimulatedinnon-accommodativemodelsandincustomizedones. ... （共8頁(yè)）
