摘要： AIM:Toinvestigatethepotentialeffectthatoddandeven-ordermonochromaticaberrationsmayhaveontheaccommodationresponseofthehumaneye.METHODS:Eighthealthysubjectswithastigmatismbelow1D,bestcorrectedvisualacuity20/20orbetterandnormalfindingsinanophthalmicexaminationwereenrolled.Anadaptiveopticssystemwasusedinordertomeasuretheaccommodationresponseofthesubjectseyesunderdifferentconditions:withthenaturalaberrationsbeingpresent,andwiththeoddandeven-orderaberrationsbeingcorrected.Threemeasurementsofaccommodationresponseweremonocularlyacquiredataccommodationdemandsrangingfrom0to4D(0.5Dstep).RESULTS:Theaccommodativelagwasgreaterfortheaccommodativedemandsof1.5,3,3.5and4Dfortheconditioninwhichtheeven-orderaberrationswerecorrected,incomparisontothatobtainedforthenaturalaberrationsandcorrectedodd-orderaberrationsforthesameaccommodationdemands.Nostatisticallysignificantdifferenceswerefoundbetweentheaccommodationresponsesunderthethreeconditions.CONCLUSION:Theoddandeven-orderaberrationsarenothelpingthevisualsystemtoaccommodate,becausetheirpartialcorrectiondonotaffecttheaccommodationperformance. ... （共6頁(yè)）
