摘要： Pterygiumisacommonocularsurfacediseaseinducedbyavarietyoffactors.Theexactpathogenesisofpterygiumremainsunclear.Numbersofgenesandproteinsarediscoveredinpterygiumandtheyfunctiondifferentlyintheoccurrenceanddevelopmentofthisdisease.WesearchedtheWebofScienceandPubMedthroughouthistoryforliteraturesaboutthesubject.Thekeywordsweusedcontainpterygium,gene,protein,angiogenesis,fibrosis,proliferation,inflammation,pathogenesisandtherapy.Inthisreview,wesummarizetheaberrantexpressionofarangeofgenesandproteinsinpterygiumcomparedwithnormalconjunctivaorcornea,includinggrowthfactors,matrixmetalloproteinasesandtissueinhibitorsofmetalloproteinases,interleukins,tumorsuppressorgenes,proliferationrelatedproteins,apoptosisrelatedproteins,celladhesionmolecules,extracellularmatrixproteins,heatshockproteinsandtightjunctionproteins.Weillustratetheirpossiblemechanismsinthepathogenesisofpterygiumaswellastherelatedinterventionbasedonthemforpterygiumtherapy. ... （共9頁）
