摘要： Objective:Tocomparepatient-reportedoutcomesafterimplantationoftheZA9003intraocularlens(IOLs),ortheMCX11ASPIOLsorthesphericalIOLs(HQ-201HEP).Methods:Prospectivenonrandomizedcontrolledtrialwasused.Atotalof105patients(210eyes)weredividedintothreegroupsaccordingtothetypeofIOLs:ZA9003(35patients,70eyes),MCX11ASP(35patients,70eyes)orHQ-201HEP(35patients,70eyes).ThemainoutcomewasscoresofCatquestnine-itemshort-formquestionnaire.Additionaloutcomewasbestcorrectedvisualacuities,sphericalaberration(SA)andtotalhigher-orderaberrations(HOAs).Results:TheglobalscorewassignificantlylowerinthesphericalIOLgroupthantheasphericalIOLgroupof-020μmSA(P<0.05)andtheasphericalIOLgroupof-027μmSA(P<0.05),andnosignificantdifferencewasfoundintheglobalscorebetweentheasphericalIOLgroupof-020μmSAthantheasphericalIOLgroupof-027μmSA(P>0.05).Significantdifferenceswerealsofoundinquestion2,question5,question6andquestion8betweenthesphericalIOLsandtheasphericalIOLs.Conclusion:ImplantationofanasphericalIOLcouldimprovevision-relatedqualityoflifecomparedwithasphericalIOL.However,therewerenostatisticallysignificantdifferencesinvision-relatedqualityoflifebetweenasphericIOLswithdifferentnegativesphericalaberrations. ... （共4頁）
