摘要： Monosaccharidesareoneofthemostimportantstructuralcomponentsofbiomolecules,suchaspolysaccharides,nucleicacids,glycolipidsandglycoproteins.Instructuralanalysisofpolysaccharidesandglycoconjugates,theabsoluteconfigurations(DorL)oftheconstituentmonosaccharidesareusuallydeterminedbymeasurementoftheopticalrotation,CDspectraorcharacteristicchromatographicretentionbehavior.However,eachmethodhasitsuniqueadvantagesandlimitationswhichshouldbeconsideredwhileusingthem.Inthisreview,anoverviewofthedifferentmethodsforthedeterminationofabsoluteconfigurationofmonosaccharidesandtheirunderlyingprinciplesaresummarizedtoserveasareferenceforresearchers. ... （共9頁）
