摘要： Wepresentthecaseofamiddle-agedChinesewomanwhopresentedasasymptomatic;however,wefoundanirregularrightrenalmassinthispatient.Sheunderwentpartialnephrectomyaftercomprehensiveevaluation,andshewasfinallydiagnosedwithrenalmyxomaaccordingtopathologicalandimmunohistochemicalstudies.Myxomasarerare,benign,soft-tissuetumorsthatmainlyoccurintheheartandskin,althoughvariousanatomicallocationshavebeendescribed.Thekidneysareararelocationofmyxoma;thus,renalmyxomasmayeasilybemisdiagnosed.Todate,approximately17casesofrenalmyxomahavebeenreportedintheEnglishliteraturesince1968.Allthepatientsinthesecasesunderwentnephrectomyastreatment,andweredisease-freeonfollow-up.Postoperativepathologyfacilitatesadecisivediagnosisthatdifferentiatesbenignfrommalignantmyxoma,whichisvitalforthefollowingtreatmentandprognosis. ... （共4頁）
