摘要： Oncohistonesarehistoneswithhigh-frequencypointmutationsthatareassociatedwithtumorigenesis.Althougheachhistonevariantisencodedbymultiplegenes,asinglemutationinonealleleofonegeneseemstohaveadominanteffectoverglobalhistoneH3methylationlevelattherelevantaminoacidresidue.Theseoncohistonesarehighlytumortypespecific.Forexample,H3K27MandH3G34V/Rmutationsoccuronlyinpediatricbraincancers,whereasH3K36MandH3G34W/Lhaveonlybeenfoundinpediatricbonetumors.H1mutationsalsoseemtobeexclusivelylinkedtolymphomas.Inthisreview,wediscusstheoccurrence,frequencyandpotentialfunctionalmechanismsofeachoncohistoneintumorigenesisofitsrelevantcancer.Webelievethatfurtherinvestigationintothemechanismregardingtheirtumortypespecificityandcancer-relatedfunctionswillshednewlightontheirapplicationincancerdiagnosisandtargetedtherapydevelopment. ... （共10頁）
