摘要： ●AIM:Tostudyeffectsoforthokeratology(Ortho-k)onaccommodationfunctioninmyopicchildren.●METHODS:Aprospective,non-randomized,case-controlstudywasperformedfromSeptembertoOctober2016.Eighty-threechildrenwithmyopiaweredividedintotwogroups.OnegroupwastreatedwiththerigidcontactlensforovernightOrtho-k,andtheotherwastreatedwithsingle-visionspectaclelens(SVL).Accommodationfunctionwereassessedbyaccommodativeamplitude(AA),accommodativesensitivity(AS),accommodativelag(Lag),negativerelativeaccommodation(NRA),andpositiverelativeaccommodation(PRA)beforeand1,3,6and12moaftertreated.●RESULTS:Totally72myopicchildrenwerefinishedthefollow-up:37inOrtho-kgroupand35inSVLgroup.WearingtimehadasignificanteffectonAA,AS,Lag,andNRAofmyopicchildrenintwogroups(allP<0.05).Meanwhile,therewasaninteractioneffectbetweenwearingtimeandwearingtypes(F_(AA)=5.3,F_(AS)=45.5,F_(Lag)=7.0,F_(NRA)=3.7,allP<0.05).However,thebetween-groupdifferenceofAA(F=0.1),AS(F=3.2),Lag(F=1.1),NRA(F=0.3),andPRA(F=0.1)showednosignificance.AA,AS,NRA,LagandPRAwereimprovedsignificantlyinOrtho-kgroupwithin1to6moafterwearing.●CONCLUSION:WearingOrtho-kcanimprovetheaccommodationfunctionofmyopicchildren,whichmightbeoneofthemechanismsformyopiacontrol. ... （共5頁）
